In 1965, in the establishment initial stage in Taichung county. Our factory was surrounded by many other factories, there were the iron works, the automobile piston factory, the drilling machine factory, as well as an emulsion factory and so on, those factories were much bigger than ours. Now after 42 winters and summers, the change of the seasons, these factory some already goes out of business, whilst the remainders have suspended production or had to relocate. It seemed in 1965 that those businesses would last forever but their tales of woe prove that management is definitely not easy. |

For 42 years, our company has been through many troubles including frequent large petroleum price rises, the devastated local earthquake in 1999, the destruction of New York's World Trade Center and the subsequent Iraq war, the SARS virus and so on. Throughout all those difficulties our staff have worked diligently. As a result our company has thrived and continues to deliver year after year of stable growth. |

En Chuan its just like a big warm harmonious big family. All our staff get on well together, everyone has a responsibility within their department. The quality control department pays total attention on the product quality. Our research development department continues to improve product quality. The sales department positively pushes our products to domestic and international markets and the production department diligently fulfils all our customers’ orders whilst guaranteeing stable stock levels. As a result of close co-ordination between the warehouses, general affairs and the finance department, our company can operate efficiently. |

As a result of our enterprise management policy, we are confident that our innovative spirit and dedication which has seen us overcoming all difficulties over the last 42 years; will continue to see us growing at a steady rate. En Chuan conducts research and development continuously. In 1999, En Chuan’s TPE gained ISO-9002 quality management system authentication, and the ISO-9001:2000 in 2002. Our company’s products are sold to Europe & America and various other countries around the world where they receive consistent high praise and affirmation. |

Our company not only places importance on our sales, we also pay close attention to safety in the workplace and environmental management, therefore we passed the OHSAS-18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, and the ISO-14001 Environmental Management System. With the superior production abilities, we wish to continue our production in Taiwan and achieve greater International presence. |
